City Mall is located outside the Western City of Constantine (Algiers road) on an open site with direct access by the national road. It consists of a building with five (05) floors, with a total built-up area estimated at 39,000 m2, distributed as follows:

• A Hypermarket;
• 40 Shops;
• 13 Restaurants/Food court;
• Leisure areas;
• A Multi-storey car park with a capacity of 600 places.

It will begin operating in 2026.
